Using an online text editor, you’ll be able to create a document (such as a contract) using our platform. Dedicated templates will be available for supported jurisdictions. Grant access to your lawyer or hire one from our services in case you need legal assistance
Attach supporting files
In some instances, you may need to attach files to your document. This option will be available for some digital assets such as text files, pictures, etc.
Stakeholder approval workflow
In some cases, more than 2 parties can be involved in a legal agreement. Every nominated stakeholder will be able to approve or reject the final document (initiated by the document creator)
Electronic or digital signature

- Total NFT supply: 15 million
- Circulating supply after initial IDO is concluded: 10 million
NO private rounds, no presales, and no VC investments of any kind. We believe in fairness, transparency, and decentralisation.
- For the initial token sale, only 8.9 million will be available for purchase through IDO
- Initial IDO token allocation: 89% sales, 10% team, 1% community lottery
- We will segregate the IDO into 3 distinct phases: a first token sale of 3 million, followed by a second sale of 3 million, and then a third sale of 2.9 million
- Allocation of 100.000 NFTs for community lottery
- In future, the remaining 5 million NFTs may also be sold to fund development and integrations, if required
- These NFTs will not be circulating and their Tokenomics will only be released if and when the team identifies a need for further funding
- All our NFT reserves will be used to directly fund development and institutional/Government integrations. Should this not be required, all reserve NFTs shall be burned at the team’s discretion
