Using an online text editor, you’ll be able to create a document (such as a contract) using our platform. Dedicated templates will be available for supported jurisdictions. Grant access to your lawyer or hire one from our services in case you need legal assistance

In some instances, you may need to attach files to your document. This option will be available for some digital assets such as text files, pictures, etc.
Stakeholder approval workflow
In some cases, more than 2 parties can be involved in a legal agreement. Every nominated stakeholder will be able to approve or reject the final document (initiated by the document creator)
Electronic or digital signature
